4. Base Set-Out

✔ Every section level, including tamper beam
✔ Corner-to-corner measurements checked
✔ Base confirmed square before pouring

5. Concrete Pour & Finish

Concrete poured and finished level and flat

Surrounding areas protected throughout

No splashes, no damage

6. Clean Down & Sign-Off

Full site cleared

Base checked for size and quality

Any issues addressed immediately

Final walk-through with customer

Job signed off and completed
